Holiday Extended Return Period:
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange if return is accompanied by an original sales receipt. Un-washed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt may be returned for qualifying purchases made between Friday November 1, 2024, and Tuesday December 24th, 2024, items are eligible for return until Friday January 17, 2025.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Avirex.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders.
Avirex.com orders received by 12PM EST ships within 1-3 business days, which is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Orders placed after 12/13 at 11am EST are not guaranteed for holiday delivery.
Please Note: Due to high volume orders may be delayed from being processed in 1-3 business days. Continued shipping delays may also be experienced.
Orders are shipped via UPS with the following options.
UPS GROUND
Order is delivered within 5-7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
UPS EXPRESS
Express shipping options are available for orders placed by 1:30 pm EDT/EST M-F. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we are able to ship just to the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
SHIPMENT AND ORDER TRACKING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days PRIOR to shipping. All shipments will leave our warehouse within one business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with an estimated delivery time. Please note that estimated shipping is based on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You may contact Customer Service at service@avirex.com. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “ORDER DATE” AND “SHIP DATE”?
On most websites, “Order Date” and “Ship Date” are not the same. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days PRIOR to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with a tracking number with an estimated delivery time. Please note that estimated shipping is based on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
RETURNS
- WHAT IS THE AVIREX RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise purchased directly from Avirex.com that is unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with original garment tags attached may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for full refund in original form of payment in accordance with the terms and conditions below. All return merchandise must also be accompanied by proof of purchase from Avirex.com in order to qualify for a full refund.
Avirex will not accept any returns or exchanges of Avirex-branded items purchased from anywhere other than items purchased directly from Avirex.com. If you have purchased an Avirex-branded item from another retailer, all such purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of that retailer’s return and exchange policies.
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- HOW DO I RETURN MY AVIREX.COM MERCHANDISE?
START YOUR RETURN: Please click HERE to start the return process. You will be prompted at every step with directions.
For international orders: In addition to the return process, a commercial invoice will need to be completed along with a return label when returning your item(s) back to us**. Please return the items to the below address:

- Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Avirex packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Please note that returns can take up to 30 days to be processed.
- GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on Avirex.com may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for a Avirex credit provided that we have proof of purchase.
- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE AVIREX-BRANDED MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED FROM A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE OR THIRD-PARTY RETAILER’S WEBSITE?
No. Avirex currently does not own or operate any physical store locations. Merchandise purchased from any brick and mortar retailer, department stores, specialty stores, or any third-party retailer’s website must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Avirex will not accept any returns or exchanges of Avirex-branded items purchased from anywhere other than those items purchased directly from Avirex.com.
Avirex reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
- HOW ARE REFUNDS HANDLED?
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for any outstanding balance after your return is received.
- WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once your return package has been received, your refund will be processed by Avirex within 3-5 business days. However, the refund may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
